(ch\u00e1)<br>\u2022 Queijo mu\u00e7arela cortado em cubos: 120 g<br>\u2022 Azeite de oliva: 4 colheres de sopa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Molho marinara<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Tomate pelado picado: 1 lata(s)<br>\u2022 Azeite de oliva: 2 colheres de sopa<br>\u2022 Alho: 3 dente(s)<br>\u2022 Sal: 1 colher de ch\u00e1<br>\u2022 Pimenta do reino: 1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1<br>\u2022 A\u00e7\u00facar: 1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1<br>\u2022 Tempero italiano (or\u00e9gano, salsinha, alecrim, tomilho, pimenta do reino): 2 colheres de ch\u00e1<br>\u2022 Pimenta vermelha em flocos: 1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modo de preparo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preaque\u00e7a o forno a 180\u00ba. Forre uma assadeira grande com papel manteiga. Reserve. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alm\u00f4ndegas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Aque\u00e7a 4 colheres de sopa de azeite em uma panela grande (ou frigideira) em fogo m\u00e9dio. Deixe o azeite ficar bem quente, enquanto isso prepare as alm\u00f4ndegas. <\/li><li>Em uma tigela grande misture a carne mo\u00edda, os dentes de alho picados, o ovo, o queijo ralado, salsa, tempero italiano, sal, pimenta e farinha de rosca. Lentamente adicione a \u00e1gua a colheradas, uma de cada vez. A mistura deve ficar \u00famida, mas n\u00e3o muito. <\/li><li>Com uma colher de sopa, fa\u00e7a por\u00e7\u00f5es com a massa de carne. Pressione um peda\u00e7o de queijo mu\u00e7arela picado no centro, e cubra-o com outra por\u00e7\u00e3o de carne. Ao final, voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 entre 14 e 16 alm\u00f4ndegas. <\/li><li>Grelhe as alm\u00f4ndegas na panela com azeite quente por 2 minutos de cada lado, ou at\u00e9 formar uma crosta marrom claro. <\/li><li>Transfira as alm\u00f4ndegas para assadeira e asse no forno por 10-12 minutos. <\/li><li>Enquanto as alm\u00f4ndegas assam, vamos fazer o molho. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Molho<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Adicione 2 colheres de sopa de azeite na mesma panela em que as alm\u00f4ndegas foram feitas, em seguida, adicione o alho picado e frite at\u00e9 que ele fique dourado e perfumado.<\/li><li>Adicione o tomate, o sal, a pimenta, o a\u00e7\u00facar, o tempero italiano e os flocos de pimenta vermelha, misture bem at\u00e9 que tudo esteja incorporado.
