Tempere estes palitinhos de<br>\nfrango com o sal, pimenta-do-reino a gosto e os dentes de alho<br>\nralados. <br>\n2\u00ba \u2013 Fa\u00e7a os canelones da seguinte maneira. Pegue 1 fatia de<br>\npresunto e coloque 1 fatia de mussarela em cima dela. Sobre a<br>\nmussarela coloque um palitinho de frango no lado maior da fatia e<br>\nenrole no sentido do comprimento. (O presunto fica por<br>\nfora). Fa\u00e7a isso com todas as outras fatias e palitinhos de<br>\nfrango. Reserve. <br>\n3\u00ba \u2013 \u00c0 parte misture o molho de tomate com a \u00e1gua e coloque<br>\nmetade desta mistura num refrat\u00e1rio retangular alto. Disponha,<br>\nbem juntinhos, os canelones de frango sobre a mistura de molho<br>\ncom \u00e1gua. Sobre os rolinhos, coloque a outra metade da mistura de<br>\nmolho com \u00e1gua para cobrir tudo. <br>\n4\u00ba \u2013 Coloque o refrat\u00e1rio sobre uma assadeira com \u00e1gua e leve ao<br>\nforno pr\u00e9-aquecido a 220 graus para cozinhar em banho-maria por mais ou menos 25 minutos. <br>\n5\u00ba \u2013 Enquanto isso, num liquidificador coloque a lata de creme de<br>\nleite com soro e a lata de milho verde escorrido e aperte o bot\u00e3o<br>\npulsar por 10 segundos ( o objetivo n\u00e3o \u00e9 fazer um pur\u00ea<br>\nhomog\u00eaneo, mas fazer um pur\u00ea com pedacinhos de milho). Reserve. <br>\n6\u00ba \u2013 Retire o refrat\u00e1rio do forno, deixe o forno ligado e espalhe<br>\no creme de milho sobre os canelones e o molho. Por cima do creme de<br>\nmilho coloque o copo de requeij\u00e3o \u00e0s colheradas. Salpique<br>\ngenerosamente 100 g de queijo parmes\u00e3o ralado na hora e a salsinha.
