Abra uma cova ao centro, coloque a\u00ed os ovos batidos, e comece envolvendo com a massa, em movimentos circulares. Pode usa a batedeira, se desejar.<br>Misture muito bem os ovos com a farinha e, depois, amasse e sove a massa at\u00e9 ficar homog\u00eanea e lisinha, desgrudando. Modele em forma de bola, embrulhe com pl\u00e1stico, e reserve por 30 minutos na geladeira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recheio:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leve ao fogo m\u00e9dio uma panela com o azeite, e refogue as cebolas e os alhos picados.<br>Quando a cebola ficar transparente, acrescente o bacalhau, misture e deixe refogar at\u00e9 secar. Tempere com sal e pimenta e junte a salsinha, desligue o fogo e deixe esfriar.<br><br> <strong>Montagem:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para montar o empad\u00e3o, separe a massa em duas partes, sendo que uma delas dever\u00e1 ser ligeiramente maior. Abra a massa maior entre duas folhas de pl\u00e1stico filme ou pl\u00e1stico, e cubra a forma de torta com ela.<br>Coloque o recheio de bacalhau na forma, e alise. Abra a outra metade de massa do mesmo jeito que fez com a primeira, e cubra o recheio com ela. Feche as beiradas, pincele o empad\u00e3o com os ovos batidos, e leve a assar no forno preaquecido a 180\u00baC por cerca de 50 minutos.<br>Depois de assar, seu empad\u00e3o de bacalhau simples est\u00e1 finalmente pronto!
